Chief Medical Officer
An internationally recognized expert in thrombosis and anticoagulation, Dr. Ansell is former Chair of Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and a founder and past president of the Anticoagulation Forum. He has led and contributed to clinical research and guidance in anticoagulant management for decades.
Co-Founder & Co-Chief Executive Officer
A biomedical engineer and entrepreneur, Dr. Bakhru co-founded Perosphere Inc. and is founder and CEO of Perosphere Technologies and 108 BioCapital. He has served on the boards of Perosphere Technologies, Pinwheel Therapeutics, Amylyx, Prompt Dx, NV Diagnostics, CellsBin, and Proteowise. He is an adjunct faculty member at Brown University and was elected to the AIMBE College of Fellows for contributions to anticoagulation therapy management.
Acting Chief Regulatory Officer
Dr. Grant is a board-certified cardiologist with more than 20 years of experience at the FDA. He formerly served as Deputy Director of the Division of Cardiovascular and Renal Products and held senior clinical and scientific roles across CDER and CBER.
Co-Founder & Co-Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Laulicht is a scientist-entrepreneur who co-founded Perosphere and led Perosphere Pharmaceuticals through its acquisition by AMAG Pharmaceuticals. He also co-founded Bullseye Therapeutics, acquired by MeiraGTx, and co-founded and leads Landsdowne Labs. He has served on the boards of Perosphere Pharmaceuticals, Pinwheel Therapeutics, Bullseye Therapeutics, Landsdowne Labs, and Edge Immune. He trained in the laboratories of Robert Langer at MIT and Jeffrey Karp at Harvard.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ward brings extensive experience in corporate finance, operations, strategic planning, financial systems, and venture-backed companies. He has held CFO and COO roles at Viscogliosi Brothers, Paradigm Spine, Small Bone Innovations, and International Technidyne, with earlier experience at Howmedica Stryker and KPMG.
